Job summary

Meaden & Moore, a leading accounting and advisory firm serving middle-market businesses, seeks a Tax Manager for its Northeast Ohio offices (Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster). The role offers a flexible hybrid work environment and opportunities to oversee client engagements.

You will supervise staff, handle day-to-day engagement progress, and develop client relationships while expanding service offerings. CPA preferred but not required; 5–7 years of experience and strong communication are expected.

Qualifications

• CPA license preferred but not required.
• 5–7 years of related experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and direct day-to-day engagement progress.
• Manage all facets of client engagements and risk considerations.
• Develop client relationships and grow business opportunities.
