100 CRC Insurance Group, LLC seeks a Tax Principal to provide strategic leadership and oversight of tax planning, compliance and advisory activities across the organization in the United States. The role partners with senior leadership to assess tax implications of business decisions and ensures regulatory adherence.
Key duties include directing federal, state and local tax returns, tax provision, audits, international filings, and coordination with external advisors on M&A and tax planning.
The Tax Principal provides strategic leadership and oversight of all tax planning, compliance, and advisory activities for the organization. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, develops tax-efficient strategies, and partners with senior leadership to assess tax implications of business decisions. The position requires expert-level technical knowledge, influencing skills, and the ability to lead high-complexity tax projects across multiple jurisdictions.
The Tax Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of federal, state and local tax strategy for the organization across multiple jurisdictions in the United States. This role involves overseeing the preparation and filing of tax returns, handling audits, conducting tax research, and providing strategic tax planning and advisory services. The Tax Senior Manager will report to the Head of Global Tax and work closely with various departments to provide tax guidance, support, and ensure accurate and timely tax filings.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification (preferred).
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Leadership and team management skills.
