You will maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with firm leaders to deliver high-quality tax services. The role involves leading engagements, performing tax research, and advising on complex matters such as mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred CPA or Enrolled Agent licensure or pursuing certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of tax engagements, including planning, preparation, and review of various tax returns.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, providing recommendations, and fostering strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners and managers to ensure seamless client service delivery and alignment with firm objectives.
• Conduct thorough tax research to develop proactive planning strategies and minimize liabilities.
• Advise on complex tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Communicate complex tax concepts to clients and tailor explanations to their understanding.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations on tax-related matters and implications.
