Job summary

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA or Masters in Tax being advantageous. Candidates with construction experience and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a tax senior or public accounting role.
• Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ongoing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely filing of consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns.
• Assist with international tax provisions, tax returns, and coordinating with Australia tax & accounting.
• Support tax team with restructuring, tax planning, and M&A activities.

Skills

Analytical tax skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of U.S. Federal, state, and local reporting

Sales tax experience

Experience with ASC 740

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Masters in Tax or CPA preferred
