Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tax Senior to join our team, responsible for overseeing tax compliance, planning, and research activities for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting and tax regulations, with a proven ability to provide strategic tax solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for corporate and individual clients.
• Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with IRS regulations and state tax laws.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their tax liabilities.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Provide guidance and support during tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Utilize tax software to streamline processes and improve efficiency in tax preparation and reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax risks and opportunities for clients.
