Job summary

CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, is seeking a Tax Senior to join our Albuquerque, NM or Phoenix/Tucson, AZ offices. You will supervise engagements, review individual, trust, gift, and owner pass-through return work, and partner with clients on tailored tax advisory services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2 years of relevant experience, CPA eligibility preferred, and a commitment to technical excellence and client service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in professional accounting or finance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• CPA eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, trust, gift and related owner pass-through entity engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
