Job summary

CLA is looking to hire a Tax Senior to join our Albuquerque, NM or Phoenix/Tucson, AZ office. You will prepare, supervise, and review individual, trust, gift and related owner pass-through entity engagements, partnering with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and collaborating with other tax team members on complex issues.

You will focus on engagement management, develop and train team members, and expand your knowledge through client interactions and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• CPA eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, trust, gift and related owner pass-through entity engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
