Distinct | North America is seeking a Tax Senior who can take ownership, build relationships and eventually have a seat at the table. The role offers a genuine path to Partner beyond the usual elusive track, with an established client base built largely by referrals and no sales targets.

You'll work on 1040s, trusts and estates, and mid-market businesses. Busy season averages around 55 hours with 2,080 annual hours.

Qualifications

• CPA certification or active CPA licensure.
• Strong technical knowledge of individual tax (1040) and trusts/estates.
• Experience in client-facing advisory at a CPA firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning and compliance for clients.
• Oversee 1040, trusts and estates engagements.
• Develop client relationships and lead engagements.
