Responsibilities:

1. Support multi-state companies with state and local income tax compliance.
2. Assist clients with tax issues related to state and local income and franchise taxes.
3. Review state income and franchise tax estimated payments, extensions, and tax returns.
4. Handle notices from state tax authorities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience in preparing/reviewing state income tax returns and advising on multi-state tax issues.
• Masters degree preferred; Bachelors with requisite hours for CPA or JD/LLM; CPA certification a plus.
• Experience reviewing state income tax returns required.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and research skills.
• Ability to perform in a high-energy team environment.
