Qualifications

• 4-year degree required, licensed or license-eligible.
• Master’s degree desirable.
• CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent preferred.
• Three years of tax compliance and consulting experience.
• Experience with private wealth and middle-market clients.
• Strong time management, communication, and collaboration.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing tax compliance and consulting services.
• Support private wealth and flow-through clients across entities.
• Conduct tax research and draft IRS responses as needed.
• Collaborate with firm leaders on special tax projects.
• Develop client recommendations and share with leadership for discussion.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex matters.
• Contribute to coaching and mentoring and participate in learning programs.
• Leverage entrepreneurial skills to build relationships with clients.
