Job summary

CLA, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our Heartland CLA Region with locations in Champaign IL and other IL markets.

You will prepare, supervise, and review tax engagements; partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services; develop and train team members; and expand your knowledge through client interactions and structured training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA license active or eligible to sit for CPA exams (150-credit requirement).
• At least 2 years' experience as an associate in public accounting.
• Desire to grow a career in public accounting and assist others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and collaborate with tax teammates to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand technical and professional knowledge through client interactions, self-study, and training opportunities.
• Work with a variety of great clients.
