Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our Heartland CLA Region, with locations including Dixon, IL. You will supervise and review tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations, and provide advisory services to clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, an active CPA license (or EA for Tax positions) and at least 2 years of public accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Active CPA license (or EA for Tax roles) or eligibility to sit CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement.
• At least 2 years of public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
