Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license preferred; Enrolled Agent (EA) accepted.
• 2–4 years tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare individual, business and other tax returns for clients in various entities and industries.
• Collaborate with tax team on planning, client interactions and special projects.
• Gather relevant tax information from clients for accurate returns.
• Analyze tax situations to maximize benefits.
• Develop solutions and communicate with engagement teams and clients.
• Prepare accounting-related reports in a paperless environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff in the tax department.
• Attend trainings, professional development and networking events.
