Job summary

Caliber Recruiting Group in Ocala, FL, is partnering with a growing accounting firm to recruit a tax professional capable of overseeing multiple tax engagements and providing advisory services to businesses and high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA in accounting (or related field), CPA or EA (or in progress), and 3–4 years of tax experience with various entity types.

Proficiency in CCH Pro System FX is required.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A., or master’s in accounting, finance, or business.
• CPA or EA or in progress/eligible is a big plus and would assist a fast track to higher paying role.
• 3–4 years of tax experience with multiple business entities and ability to prep/review various returns efficiently.
• Experience with accounting software including CCH Pro System FX (or other comparable): strong technical proficiency.

• Oversee multiple tax engagements and assist junior staff.
• Complete all work and engagements according to deadlines.
