The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years in public accounting; CPA or EA in progress is a plus. Flexible work arrangements and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or in progress CPA/EA is a plus.
• 1+ years’ experience in public accounting reviewing both individual and business taxation.
• Strong client service and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of clients and provide services in individual and business taxation.
• Coordinate with associates and senior associates to meet project deadlines.
• Review tax returns and provide timely feedback to clients.
• Deliver high-level client service and adapt to client needs.
• Stay current on tax law changes and accounting developments.
• Collaborate with the team on process improvements.
• Participate in practice development and firm activities.
• Support development of tax specialization within the team.
