CST Group in Reston, VA is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our growing team. You will work closely with business and individual clients, prepare and review returns (S Corp and individuals), and contribute to tax planning and consulting projects.

This role values mentorship and professional growth as you liaise with clients and team members, manage multiple engagements, and stay current on tax law changes.

Qualifications

• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA
• 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review business tax returns (S Corp and individuals)
• Assist with tax planning and consulting projects for clients
• Research tax issues and apply findings to client situations
• Communicate directly with clients and internal team members
• Manage assigned engagements and meet project deadlines
• Support managers and partners with client service initiatives
• Mentor and assist associates as needed
• Stay current on tax law changes and industry developments
