Job Summary:
As a Tax Senior Associate, you will play an integral role in our tax department, supporting a variety of tax-related activities to help clients remain compliant and optimize their tax positions. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals on tax preparation, research, planning, and client interactions.
When working with clients, your goal is to help them minimize tax liability while staying compliant with ever-changing tax laws and regulations. In addition to providing tax consulting and compliance services, you’ll have the opportunity to support initiatives such as stock option planning and international tax matters. You’ll also assist clients in understanding the tax implications of investments, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and liquidations, while collaborating with a team that delivers practical, strategic guidance.
