Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax with high net worth focus.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws and planning.
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and executing tax projects while complying with local, state, and federal laws.

• Advising on tax planning to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Senior to join our elite team in the Accounting + Finance industry. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise to a high-performing team and work with a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on high net worth individuals, S-Corporations, and Federal & State Tax matters. Responsibilities:

• 1. Managing and executing tax projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
• 2. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• 3. Advising clients on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings.
• 4. Researching and interpreting tax legislation to provide accurate advice to clients.
• 5. Assisting with the preparation of 1120S, real estate tax, gift tax filings, and other related tax documents.
• 6. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline tax processes and procedures.
• 7. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and changes in tax laws to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• 1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on high net worth individuals, S-Corporations, and Federal & State Tax.
• 3. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax planning and accounting.
• 4. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5. An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• 8. CPA certification is preferred.
