Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree with appropriate accounting hours.
• Solid accounting skills.

• Experience preparing returns and researching tax issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client work is completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Understand client business and industry; think creatively to solve problems.
• Maintain service quality, thoroughness, and accuracy; coordinate with client data and follow-up on open items.
• Stay current on regulatory issues and share applicable information with others.
• Participate in client meetings and sales calls as a knowledgeable resource.
• Take on stretch assignments to develop.

Minimum Entry Requirement
