BGM's Tax Season Internship Program in Bloomington, MN offers accounting students hands-on experience from January through mid-April 2028. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real client engagements in tax and assurance, not just observing but contributing to the team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Working toward meeting the 150-credit CPA requirement.
• Junior or senior academic standing, or similar status.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audits, reviews, compilations, and other assurance engagements.
• Prepare individual and business tax returns with the tax team.
• Assist with tax research and special projects.
• Gather, organize, and analyze client information.
• Support multiple client engagements and communicate progress with the team.
• Gain exposure to clients across industries.
• Develop accounting and tax knowledge through hands-on experience and training.
• Work with professionals at various levels within the firm.
