Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Manager to join our Tax Resource Management team, coordinating staffing across multiple client engagements. This role may be based in Gulf Coast or Chicago offices, with remote options from TX or nearby states.

You will schedule tax colleagues, monitor resource utilization, and provide deployment insights to leadership while partnering with HR, Operations, and Talent Development. Bachelor's degree and strong management experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of resource management/scheduling experience at a public accounting firm.
• 2+ years leading a team in resource management, recruiting, talent or operations.

Responsibilities

• Assign client service personnel to engagements based on office/region needs.
• Monitor resources and utilization; act as primary contact for local unassigned staff.
• Address conflicts by reassigning roles to meet engagement needs and staff goals.
• Identify over- or under-utilized personnel and balance workload.
• Design, generate, and analyze utilization, billable hours variance, and chargeability reports.
• Provide deployment insights, trends, and recommendations to business leaders.
• Maintain knowledge of business priorities, service offerings, and client pursuits.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; lead deployment initiatives.
