Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a manager for the Tax Resource Management team to coordinate staffing across multiple client engagements, working with tax practice, HR, Operations and Talent Development. The role can be based in Gulf Coast or Chicago offices, or remote from TX or nearby states.

You will help allocate resources, monitor utilization, and drive deployment initiatives in a fast-growing firm renowned for its culture and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of resource management/scheduling in a public accounting firm.
• 2+ years leading a team in resource management, recruiting, talent or operational field.
• Experience with ProStaff and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign the right client service personnel to engagements by evaluating needs and available options, and matching requirements to staff.
• Monitor resources and utilization; serve as the primary contact for local unassigned staff.
• Address conflicts by adjusting roles to meet engagement needs and staff goals.
• Identify over- or under-utilized staff and balance workload.
• Design, generate, and analyze reports on utilization, billable hours variance, chargeability, and other ad-hoc reports.
• Provide deployment insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of business priorities, service offerings, client engagements, and pursuits.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to execute their roles.
• Lead deployment initiatives to improve deployment capabilities and drive value.
