Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong research, analytical and writing skills.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and diagnose clients' tax problems.
• Draft solution-oriented tax recommendations.
• Research tax issues and analyze authorities.
• Communicate with IRS and state taxing authorities.
• Manage case files in a productive, organized manner.
• Collaborate with CTAX team to achieve resolutions.
• Support newly licensed attorneys in training.
