A well-respected accounting firm is seeking a Tax & Research Manager to oversee tax compliance and research, manage complex returns, and guide junior staff. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with CPA certification, and have at least 4 years of public accounting experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax & Research Manager to join our firm. In this role, you'll support tax compliance, conduct in-depth research on tax laws and regulations, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of complex returns, ensuring compliance with tax law, and developing strategies to optimize tax liabilities. This role also involves managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and keeping the team updated on changes in tax regulations.
