Job summary

Stout is seeking a Senior Vice President/Director in New York, NY to lead income tax provision engagements for private equity and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will manage complex ASC 740 deliverables and supervise engagement teams. Experience in tax provision and knowledge of ASC 740 is essential.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $300,000 annually, along with participation in an annual bonus plan and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of tax experience, particularly in ASC 740 and income tax provision.
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing, CPG, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.
• CPA required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of ASC 740 deliverables.
• Supervise engagement teams and manage multiple projects.
• Conduct federal and state tax research to support positions.

Skills
