Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains tax accounts for assessment purposes.
• Assists taxpayers with real estate, state income tax and personal property questions.
• Maintains vehicle registration files and customer accounts for property assessment purposes.
• Updates tax relief applications and assists with forms and data entry in Munis.
• Researches discrepancies between MUNIS and DMV and makes adjustments as needed.
• Performs office duties including drafting letters to taxpayers and posting results to databases.
