The Information Validation Section (IVS) and Business Entities Section (BES) in the Filing Division are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals who like a challenge. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth. Under the general supervision of a Tax Program Supervisor, the Tax Program Technician I (TPT I) performs a variety of functions necessary to accurately process Personal Income Tax (PIT) and/or Business Entity (BE) tax returns, payments, and general correspondence. The job duties are performed in a processing environment across IVS and/or BES. The incumbent will correspond with taxpayers via letters and/or telephone regarding additional information necessary to process tax returns and/or payments. Cross-training opportunities may be available to learn both the BE and PIT programs.

Positions are currently available in IVS an BES of the Processing Services Bureau.
