Under supervisionof the Tax Program Supervisor,Audit Business Support (ABS) Messenger Supervisor and within the Audit Budget, Administration and Protest (ASAP) Bureau, the incumbent performs a variety of specialized clerical tasks in support of professional staff. The incumbent is responsible to complete any of the following duties but not limited to processing electronic correspondence,receiving, reviewing, mailing, distributing and scanning physical correspondence,maintaining records for the Audit Division, updating procedures,and completing special assignments as needed.

As an organization that serves the Audit Division, ABS provides program specific technical, production, and administrative support and is responsible for a number of highly sensitive as well as high volume workloads. On occasion, ABS also assists other Divisions and the enterprise as a whole with various projects.

Position(s) is located in the following office location.

Additional positions may become available (RPA 2627-00018, RPA 2627-00019, and RPA 2627-00020).

Working Conditions
  • This position requires 4 or more days in the office per week. It is designated office-centered and may be eligible for some remote work based on departmental guidelines and operational need.
