Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Possess or be able to obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and an active PTIN.
• Willing to obtain internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing sound advice and timely service.
• Manage product/software inquiries, perform tax calculations, and prepare full-service returns.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

• Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions for accuracy.
