Duties include complex tax prep, research, planning, advising clients on tax-efficient strategies, and overseeing US tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, S-corps, and individuals. Qualifications

• Must have experience in tax compliance, planning, and preparation.
• CPA or CPA candidate status is required/preferred.
• Masters in Taxation (Masters in Accounting or MBA also considered)
• Big 4 or large national/regional tax experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex tax preparation, tax research, and tax planning.
• Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies.
• Direct/assist in compliance aspects of US tax for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, S-corps, and individuals.
• Review tax estimates and projections.
• Keep current on and possess sound knowledge of Taxation Codes and Regulations.
