Qualifications

• Experience in tax compliance, planning, and preparation.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Masters in Taxation (or related Masters in Accounting or MBA).
• Big 4 or large national/regional tax experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex tax preparation, tax research, and tax planning
• Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies
• Direct/assist in compliance aspects of US tax for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, S-corps, and individuals
• Review tax estimates and projections
• Keep current on and possess sound knowledge of Taxation Codes and Regulations
