Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional in Wisconsin to advise clients on complex tax issues and complete returns with accuracy. You’ll train with an expert team and use virtual tools for client interviews, ensuring high service standards.

Must have CPA/EA credentials or active CPA track, plus strong accounting/tax background. This role emphasizes client growth, mentorship, and compliance with IRS notices and Circular 230 guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Your Expertise

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience completing individual returns

• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
