H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to help clients with diverse tax needs and build lasting relationships. You will deliver accurate returns and participate in advanced tax training within a supportive team.

The role emphasizes conducting tax interviews, preparing returns, and identifying opportunities to grow client engagement while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Your Expertise:

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment2
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher

Pay Range

$20.00 - $40.00/Hr.
