Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate individual and/or business tax returns (federal & state).
  • Review financial records such as income statements and documentation provided by clients.
  • Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and due diligence requirements.
  • Identify credits, deductions, and tax-saving opportunities for clients.
  • Educate clients on their financial and tax situations in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, virtually, or by phone.
Qualifications
