You will use virtual tools for interviews and provide IRS assistance when needed, with opportunities for mentorship within a fast-paced franchise environment. Applicants should have a bachelor's in accounting or related field, CPA or EA certification, and 5+ years in accounting or tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools - video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation per Circular 230).
• Mentor and support teammates.
