Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) seeks a Tax Principal or Signing Director to lead tax advisory and compliance for clients across Eastern/Central Washington. You will manage a book of business, mentor staff, review engagements, and ensure timely, high-quality services.

Required: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA, 10+ years of public accounting tax experience; Agriculture/Real Estate experience is a plus. CLA offers competitive pay and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required; EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience in a tax role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tax and industry professionals to deliver tax compliance and consulting services.
• Assume full responsibility for services for clients in a book of business.
• Review and sign engagement letters, discuss terms with clients and staff, and approve fees.
• Review and approve work papers and tax returns prepared by staff.
• Keep current on tax law changes and actively develop new business with existing clients.
