Qualifications

• Already a Tax Preparer or Tax Staff in public accounting, or earlier in your career with enough hands on experience to work fairly independently
• Comfortable with individual and business returns, and busy season deadlines don't rattle you
• Accurate, dependable and curious, someone who asks good questions and wants to keep improving

Responsibilities

• Preparing federal and state returns for individuals and privately owned businesses
• Working with partnerships, S corps, C corps and other entities, depending on experience
• Organizing client information, spotting what's missing, and asking the right questions to keep things moving
• Talking directly with clients to gather information and resolve routine tax issues
• Supporting senior team members on more complex engagements and planning work
