Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking an entry-level teammate to assist with tax interviews, entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and preparing the initial portions of tax returns.

You will help close interviews by assembling returns, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the product with clients, while following bookkeeping procedures and delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
