H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member to assist with the tax interview, entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and helping assemble the tax return with signatures.

You will review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures while ensuring superior service for all clients. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic reading and math skills, and strong communication abilities in person and on the phone.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
