Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member to assist during tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program. You will help close interviews by assembling returns, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the final product with clients.

The role emphasizes delivering superior service to all clients and performing additional duties as needed to support tax professionals during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
