H&R Block is seeking a detail-oriented associate in Taos, NM to support tax interviews and client interactions. You will enter client and W-2 data, assemble returns, obtain signatures, and review the finished product with clients.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, clear communication, and delivering superior service to all clients in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong reading and math skills to complete tax interview.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to interact with clients professionally.
• Experience with Windows-based software preferred.

Responsabilités

Your Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
• Additional state and local requirements may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
