Job summary

H&R Block in Springdale, AR is seeking a Tax Interview Assistant to begin and close client interviews, enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, and assemble returns for sign-off. You’ll review the completed product with clients and ensure accuracy and courteous service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, solid reading and math skills, and strong communication in person and on the phone, plus experience with Windows-based software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
