Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Somerville, TN is seeking a detail-oriented team member to assist with the early tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and to support the closing steps by organizing returns and obtaining signatures.

You will help ensure clients receive superior service and perform related duties as needed, leveraging basic reading and math skills and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Effective communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Knowledge of additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities
