H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant at a Michigan franchise office. You’ll help start the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into our tax program and support the closing steps with the client, including signatures and review.

You will work to ensure all clients receive superior service, and you may handle additional duties as assigned while learning bookkeeping procedures and tax workflow.

Competenze

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
