Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Orange, CA is seeking an entry-level role to begin tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into our tax program, supporting the preparation process.

You will assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, review the finished product with clients, and help ensure all clients receive superior service. Strong reading and math skills, clear communication, and familiarity with Windows-based software are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
