H&R Block is seeking a detail-oriented associate in Hot Springs, SD, to support the tax interview process by entering client information and W-2 data into our tax software. You will help assemble returns, obtain signatures, review accuracy with clients, and complete related bookkeeping steps.

The role requires strong reading and math skills, clear communication abilities, and experience with Windows-based programs. Local/state requirements may apply as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program to start the interview.
• Assemble the tax return and obtain required signatures to close the interview.
• Review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all clients at the firm receive superior service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• All other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
