Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is hiring to support client tax interviews in Moyock, NC. You will enter client and W-2 data at the start of interviews and help assemble tax returns at closing, ensuring accuracy and client signatures. You will review the finished product with clients and assist with bookkeeping procedures as needed.

This role emphasizes delivering superior service to all clients and performing other duties as assigned by the franchise office.

• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
