Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a friendly tax professional to help clients begin and finish their tax interview, entering client and W-2 information into the tax program. You’ll support accurate data entry and guide the process with care.

You will assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures while ensuring all clients receive superior service. Additional duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
