Job summary

H&R Block in Mineola, TX is seeking an entry-level role to help with tax interviews, data entry, and client service. You will begin the interview by entering client and W-2 information, then help close the interview by assembling the return and obtaining signatures.

You will review the finished product with clients and assist with bookkeeping procedures, ensuring high-quality service for all clients. Training is provided and additional state/local requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
