Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a role focused on guiding clients through the tax interview process. You will enter client and W-2 information, assemble returns, obtain signatures, and review outcomes with clients to ensure accuracy and quality of service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong reading and math skills, plus clear communication. This role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and routine tax program use.

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs
• Additional state and local requirements may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
